A valid pass with a current photo must be presented each visit for use. Buddy passes are one time use and date restricted. Season Passes are non-transferable and only valid for members named on the pass.

REFUND POLICY:
I understand that this ticket is final sale, non-refundable, weather reliant, required for all ages 3 & up, and is valid for unlimited visits in the spring 2023 and fall 2023. Season dates may change depending on weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, 4D Farm may close attractions without notice. All sales final - All tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.

By entering 4D Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with 4D Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release 4D Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever. Agreement and Warning – I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activity.
